Read the EssentialsBefore you get started, have you read the Recommended Reads? They are the few sections of the guidebook that are essential to playing the game. The other sections can be read at your own leisure, or skipped entirely (not that we recommend skipping as it’s more fun to use the world around the characters to torture them).Register the Character AccountOnce you have read those, it’s time to register. Make sure you have at least your character’s first or last name ready, because each character gets their own account named after them, so if your character is called Azold Franks, you’d name the account’s username as either Azold, Azold Franks or Franks. Don’t forget to use a real email, so you can get confirmation from the board software that you’re not a crawling robot of the internet (and so you can get email alerts for threads you're watching if you want to use that). If you have problems though, PM Captain or contact us using the link near the bottom of the site.Create the Character or Introduce Yourself!Then it’s over to the Character Creation area to create your character in Game Assistance & News or to Introductions in the OOC Community Lounge to enter our community. If you are having difficulty creating your character, head to Sizaeling Core and chat about the character with other members - we're happy to help you brainstorm! Once you’ve done one, do the other - introduce your character and yourself if you just posted your character for approval, or create your character if you’ve already done that!Waiting for Approval Doesn’t Mean Sit & WaitOnce your character is waiting to be approved by our administrator, jump into the OOC Community Lounge and take part in any discussions there, including those in The Workshop, the spot where staff ask for feedback and where members can offer suggestions for Sizael!
